Returns

We will exchange any item you are not completely happy with for another item within 2 days of the date of purchase. Items must be accompanied by an original receipt and unworn and unwashed with original tags.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, please get in touch with us within 2 days of your original purchase to let us know that you wish to do so, and indicate the size you prefer.

Merchandise sent to us for exchange must be unworn and unwashed with original tags. Our Sales Associate will assist you and your new merchandise will be shipped out as soon as the return is received.

Refund

Goods may be returned for exchange for different sizes or other Alpha Fashion Closet products but not for a refund.

Clearance sale items are sold ‘as is,’ with no refunds or exchanges, except when exchanged for other clearance items of similar value.
